This Sunday night is the annual All-Star Game, with the East and West Conferences meeting in the annual showpiece event. The Western Conference is the favorite, and in our latest NBA betting picks, we tell you if they are worth betting on to win.

Doc Rivers is the man who finds himself in the chair to coach the East after only a handful of matches in charge of the Milwaukee Bucks.
