With the NCAA Tournament cooking along, there has been a ton of excitement and enthusiasm around this year’s tournament. This contest will begin with the Sweet 16 Round of the 2024 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament on Thursday, March 28, 2024. Per the site, Participants must pick the winners of all 15 games in the 2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship beginning with the Sweet 16 Round. As is the case with many promotions, once a bracket has been submitted, it is final and picks cannot be changed once the bracket has been submitted.

Participants accrue points by picking the correct games

Per the article, participants must purchase at least one entry to participate in the $25K March Madness Sweet16 Bracket Contest. After purchasing entries, players can view and edit their entries in the “My Bracket” section. Moreover, as noted above, participants must pick the winners of all 15 games in the 2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament. Points will be awarded for each correct pick and once a bracket has been submitted and picks cannot be changed once the bracket has been submitted. 

According to the official rules, the point system is as follows: four points for every correct selection in the Sweet 16. Moreover, contestants will accrue eight points for every correct pick in the Elite 8 and 16 points for every correct selection in the Final Four. Finally, they will earn a whopping 32 points for picking the winner of the Championship Game. There is also a guaranteed prize pool for this promotion where first place will notch a cool $5,000 for winning the contest. Meanwhile, second place nets you $2,500, third place is $2,000, fourth place is good for $1,500, and fifth is good for a sweet $1,000. After that, the prizes dwindled from $500 (sixth through tenth place) to $35 (101st to 250th place).

Per the main contest page, if your bracket is not completed or filled out by 12 pm on Thursday, March 28, your entry will be void and eliminated from the contest. The round dates for the NCAA Tournament start with the Sweet 16 (March 28 and 29), Elite 8 (March 30 and 31), Final Four (April 6), and the National Championship on April 8th. Only fully completed brackets qualify for the contest prizes and house rules and regulations apply. Moreover, MyBookie does reserve the right to amend this promotion at any time and again, once you submit your selection, you cannot change your picks. Winners of this contest will be notified by email and will be posted on a Leaderboard, moreover, it is the sole responsibility of the entrance to keep his/her email information in their account up-to-date and accurate. 

In terms of purchasing your entry, the process is very straightforward. Each entry into the March Madness Bracket Contest costs $10. Moreover, there is a “Buy 2 Entries, Get 1 Free Entry” promotion that is available now and ends on Thursday, March 28, 2024. These entries must be purchased simultaneously and may only be purchased with real cash funds. Entry fees will be deducted directly from the players’ account balances. According to the official rules page, if various participants tie, a tie-breaker question will be used to determine the final standings of the contest. If the tie-breaker is necessary, participants will be ranked based on having the closest answer to the Total Points Scored in the Championship Game.
