Starting in the AL, the Cleveland Guardians at +150 are the pick to take home the crown in the AL Central with Minnesota second at +200. Meanwhile, New York is the overwhelming favorite at -141 to win the AL East even with a pesky Baltimore looming at +225. Finally, the Astros at +140 are still the favorites to win the AL East even with a tough start to the season. Texas is second at +150.
Moving to the NL, the Cardinals and Cubs are tied at +225 to win the NL Central in what should be a classic race throughout this regular season. The Braves, like the Yankees, are a strong favorite to win the NL East at -333. Finally, the Dodgers, as one might expect, is the top choice to win the NL West at a whopping -1250.
