You can also deposit using credit cards at BetDSI. The deposit minimum is a little bit higher; you have to deposit at least $45. They accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex and Discover and will deposit your funds immediately.
Bitcoin withdrawals are a good option here at BetDSI. They allow you a Bitcoin payout everyday. The minimum is $100, but if you withdraw at least $300 you can avoid the $10 fee.
Either way, this remains by far the cheapest option for processing payouts.
