Week 4 of the 2025-26 NBA season is upon us, and tonight, Monday, November 10, two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference face off when the Cleveland Cavaliers put their four-game winning streak on the line in a road game against the Miami Heat, who have won back-to-back matchups at Kaseya Center in Miami.

The Cavaliers are the No. 2 team in the Central Division with a 7-3 record. Cleveland trails the Detroit Pistons in the divisional standings by a half game heading into tonight’s contest. The Cavs are 4-1 at home and 3-2 on the road. Three of the four victories during the team’s current winning run have come at home.

The Heat are the No. 1 team in the Southeast Division with a 6-4 mark to begin the year. Miami is one game ahead of the Atlanta Hawks in the division. The Heat have a perfect 4-0 home record on the year, and are coming off a 136-131 win at home over the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Cavs and Heat met in the first round of the playoffs last season. Cleveland, who were the No. 1 seed in the East, dispatched the No. 8 seeded Heat in a four-game sweep. Cleveland Cavaliers betting breakdown

The Cleveland Cavaliers of 2025-26 are struggling to recapture the offensive magic of the team from last season. In 2024-25, the Cavs ranked first in offensive rating in the NBA. This year, the team is near the bottom of the league, checking at 26th. One reason for that is the team has not been healthy this year, but they are getting healthier heading into Week 4.

Donovan Mitchell is one of the league leaders in points early this season, averaging 30.7 per game, which ranks him fifth overall. Mitchell has scored 24 or more points in his past four outings, a stretch that includes his two highest scoring games of the year, 37 against Atlanta, and 46 against Philly. The Cavs go as Mitchell goes, and he has been very good as of late, including scoring eight straight points in 65 seconds to give his team the very late lead in a win over the Bulls.

Also in the Chicago game, De’Andre Hunter scored 29 points while adding four rebounds, two assists and, one block. Hunter’s 29 points marked his best performance of the year.

Evan Mobley is second on the team in scoring with 20 points per game and first in rebounds with 8.5. Lonzo Ball leads Cleveland in assists with 5.5 per game.

Miami Heat betting breakdown

The Miami Heat look to match their season-high winning streak tonight, when the club goes for its third straight win. Miami had won three in a row early in the season, but since then has gone 3-3. The bad news for Miami is that they have been without Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo, both of whom will be out of tonight’s game against the Cavs with injuries. Also missing will be Terry Rozier because of the ongoing NBA gambling probe.

Despite missing some important players, the Miami Heat is the No. 2 team in the NBA in points per game with 124.1. The club ranks fifth in the league in field goal percentage (49.9) and fifth in points differential (+6.0). Miami has six players averaging double digits in points this year. The team leader is Norman Powell with 23.3.

On Saturday, Nikola Jovic had a career-high 29 points off the bench, while picking up nine rebounds and seven assists in the team’s win over Portland. However, Jovic has only topped 10 points four times this season. With his performance against the Trail Blazers, where he had a season-high 31 minutes, look for the team to expect a lot from Jovic against the Cavs.

Adebayo leads the team in rebounds (8.1), while Davion Mitchell is tops in assists (7.5).
