For customers at BetUS.com, it would seem that luck is again in their favor when it comes to winning big on parlay bets. Per the latest press release from the company, a customer from McDonough, GA won almost $28,000 with a cross-sports MLB and WNBA parlay bet. According to the official report, the five-leg, $250 parlay included both MLB and WNBA games and paid more than 110-to-1 at BetUS.com. For this particular bet, the 43-year-old customer was able to cash in thanks to winning selections in the playoffs of the WNBA as well as the MLB regular season.

In this article, SBS will go over some of the highlights from this latest big win at BetUS.com along with some other thoughts about using BetUS.

BetUS says customer selected all money line picks in parlay

Per the official report from BetUS, the company said that the winning customer is a 43-year-old from McDonough, GA, a small community 30 miles outside of Atlanta. The official $250 winning ticket was turned into $27,734.16 on Sunday, August 28th after winning a five-team parlay bet with MLB and WNBA wins. Moreover, the parlay bet, which BetUS says is where a customer can bet on multiple games for potentially astronomical payouts, is what led to this big win. While the sportsbook does not release its customers’ names or personal information, it did offer its congratulations in the official release.

“At BetUS, we really do love it when a customer hits one of these big parlay bets – not only because we enjoy seeing a customer get a big payday, but our customers are sometimes quite creative in their parlay bets,” Tim Williams, public relations director for BetUS said in a press release. “This customer is a perfect example, having combined three MLB games with two WNBA games for a parlay ticket that won him a cool $28,000. Who would have thought!?”

The specifics of the actual bet revolved around money line wagers (straight bets to win) on each game’s underdogs. This included three MLB teams, the Washington Nationals, Oakland Athletics, and Kansas City Royals coming through with wins on that late August day. In addition to the MLB wins, the BetUS customer also increased the ante by adding two WNBA games to his parlay, correctly picking the Seattle Storm and Connecticut Sun as well to win. Williams, the BetUS PR director also explained that he had not personally spoken to the winner, but “hopes he has a great Labor Day weekend” with his massive winnings.
