A premier contest at BetNow for some time, the BetNow Weekly NBA Contest is a definite must-play for all fans of professional basketball. Just in time for the 2023 season, this weekly contest will have $10,000 given away per week until the end of the 2022-23 NBA regular season. Per the official contest rules on the BetNow site, each week, clients must select the straight-up winners from 14 NBA games with the tiebreaker. For this contest, each winning pick will be awarded one point, with final results being posted by Wednesday every week. You must be an active client of BetNow, and as an active client, you can enter this contest absolutely free.

In this article, SBS will be taking a deeper dive into this great BetNow promotion, and also some more thoughts and notes about using the website.

Players must select winners from 14 different NBA games

Per the official contest rules on BetNow’s site, there will be only one entry allowed per household for this competition. Moreover, prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged with the consolation winners being the top 20 scores every week. In this contest, the player that picks the perfect week, meaning that all picks for that week won with the exact tiebreaker total, will win the $10,000. In the scenario where more than one person wins the grand prize of $10,000, the prize will be equally split among the winners. As mentioned above, the consolation prizes will be given out weekly to the top 20 scoring clients.

According to the main contest page, in case of a tie, the prize will be equally split among the winners. The monetary amount for consolation prizes is based on the number of entries. Per the main page, winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the weekly contest being final. As with many BetNow contests, all entries must have a valid email address, and should a winning notification be undeliverable, it will result in disqualification. In this contest, the judge’s decision is final and no rollover is attached here as well.

Pelicans, Bucks and Celtics are at the top of NBA standings

According to the latest NBA standings, three teams have stood out as the leaders in the league. The Boston Celtics are 21-5, leading the Eastern Conference, and have been nearly as dominant on the road (10-3) as they are at home (11-2). Following close behind them are the Milwaukee Bucks with a record of 19-6, buoyed by the All-World exploits of power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo. In the Western Conference, the New Orleans Pelicans surprisingly exploded to the top of the standings thanks to the triumphant return of the powerful Zion Williamson.
