betnow betting news august 2023

One of the most exciting times of the year, the NFL regular season is nearly here and BetNow is back with its exciting NFL King of the Hill contest. According to the main website, in terms of contest details, the way to win is very straightforward. If you pick the winning teams for the week and the tiebreaker, you automatically win $10,000. However, if no perfect entry is received, then consolation prizes will be given out to participants. Each winning pick in this contest is awarded one point. All points accumulate throughout the 18 weeks of the regular season. The player with the most amount of points will be the NFL King of the Hill and be awarded the $20,000 Grand Prize.

For this article, SBS will be going over what to look for from the latest news and notes coming from BetNow and also more notes about wagering at the site.

King of the Hill contest grades on full-season results

According to the official BetNow site, the King of the Hill contest will also feature prizes for participants that place from 2nd to 30th and will distribute $30,000 in cash prizes. Per the main contest page, you will need to create a BetNow account and register a nickname in the contest section which will be used to track your winning picks. Then every week of the regular season fill out the NFL Weekly Pick ‘Em Entry to track your progress on the contest leaderboard.

Moreover, as the site notes, if you do not create a nickname or miss the contest cut-off date (September 9, 2023), you may still participate on a weekly basis. All you have to do is fill out your NFL Weekly Pick ‘Em Entry and your results will be registered using your account, giving you a chance that week to win up to $10,000 in cash prizes.

Promo contest will run throughout NFL regular season

According to the main page on BetNow, this year’s King of the Hill promotion is similar to past versions but still requires due diligence on a weekly basis for players. The contestant that selects all the winners for one week along with the exact tiebreaker, will be awarded the weekly Grand Prize of $10,000. If more than one person wins the grand prize of $10,000, the prize will be equally split among the winners. Moreover, if there is no Grand Prize winner, the prizes will be given to the top 20 entries every week. For consolation prizes, in the event of a tie with the points, the tiebreaker will determine a higher position and prize.

Also, as is common with online promotions and contests like this, there are some other rules to follow in the competition. For instance, all entries must have a valid email address. Should a winning notification be undeliverable, it will result in a disqualification. Moreover, the score for the Monday Night Football game will be used as a tiebreaker during the first 16 weeks.
