The 2023 NBA In-Season Tournament has definitely made some waves this fall with its unique court set-ups and of course, it shaking up the NBA regular season. To get in on the fun, BetNow recently rolled out its In-Season Vegas Ball-Out contest which is the site’s first-ever NBA 8-team bracket contest for the In-season tournament. Per the main contest page at BetNow, customers will predict the winners, showcase their basketball knowledge, and “compete for glory in this thrilling tournament challenge.” Moreover, as these teams battle it out on the court, contestants will be battling for a top prize of $10,000 for accruing the most points in this bracket format.

For this report, SBS will be going over what to look for from the latest gaming news coming from BetNow and also more notes about the website.

Winning contestant will need to pick all correct games

Per the main contest rules page at BetNow, the In-Season Vegas Ball-Out features some similar rules to other BetNow promotions. The grand prize of this contest will be awarded to the contestant that correctly picks all winning teams including the tiebreaker which is the championship game. In case of a tie, the winner will be determined by who accurately predicted the score of the tiebreaker game. If more than one player meets the grand prize criteria, the winnings will be split amongst the qualifying winners. Moreover, a notifying email will be sent within 48 hours to the winners once the contest is final. All entries must have a valid email address

Moreover, on the official rules page, BetNow laid out its bracket format for this tournament. Round one features teams one through eight, with four games being played against each other in a single-elimination format. Round two, aka the semifinals, showcases the winner of game one vs. the winner of game two along with the winner of game three vs. the winner of game four. Finally, round three is the championship matchup which of course will showcase the winners of the two semifinal games as they compete for the title. There is no rollover attached to his promotion and you must also be an active client of BetNow (16 bets/$10 each/last 30 days) and active clients can enter this contest at absolutely no cost.

Celtics and Timberwolves lead the way in standings

As of this article’s writing, the Boston Celtics are the class of the Eastern Conference at 15-5 while the Minnesota Timberwolves lead the way in the Western Conference. However, the two teams to watch in the In-Season Tournament are the Lakers/Pelicans and the Pacers who will square off this weekend for the title. Indeed, the NBA has pulled out more of the stops to get the excitement going early in anticipation for the postseason in 2024.
