Best France Soccer Team Betting Sites

With the European Championships, or Euros as they are more affectionately known, just around the corner and France being the home nation we thought it best to highlight the best sites willing to take your action this summer. Here’s some analysis and tips for betting on France. First off, France have some fairly recent poor showings in international football, sometimes this is purely down to their football while other times it’s due to off-field antics.  [+]

Since their latest off-field trouble, France have pretty much overhauled their team and have a very young and exciting squad. Plus the fact they are on home soil this summer makes for a very intriguing tournament for the home nation.

The one dark cloud over the team pre-tournament is the fact that Real Madrid’s star striker Karim Benzema has been dropped from the squad. This is one of those behind-the-scenes incidents that have nothing to do with his footballing ability. He is a wonderful striker who would have undoubtedly starred given the opportunity.

This hasn’t worried fans or sports books too much either, which is testament to the squad’s strength and depth. France are still one of the strong favorites to go on and win the Euros this summer.

How To Win At France Soccer Team Betting

So, how will France fair this summer? Well, the first thing to note is that as the hosts France received automatic qualification.

They would have qualified anyway, but this is still something to consider. It can work for and against a team. They haven’t endured a grueling qualification campaign but, on the other hand, have been able to rest, take it easy and find the right chemistry in the tournament’s lead up.

France have a very favorable group. They have been drawn against Albania, Romania and Switzerland. They’ll win the group and score plenty of goals in the process. They will be looking to impress their fans, so expect lots of posession and chances. We recommend selecting the over at this stage of the tournament.

Antoine Griezmann could have the summer of his life. With Benzema missing, he will likely be the main source of goals for the French. He had a fantastic season in Spain and is more than capable of doing it on an international stage.

He may not be the most prolific striker in Europe but will probably get the most games as France are likely to go all the way in this tournament.

France are strong enough to lift the cup here for sure. However, at +300 in most places they are not a great bet. It is a little too short and you will be able to find better value dipping in and out of the regular markets. Overs for the group stage is a great play.

For the knockout stages, depending on the opponent, the bet could switch to unders. The business end of the tournament naturally produces tighter games with less goals. France in particular are likely to concede few goals this summer due to their excellent defense and midfield players.

Their defense is a very experienced one, with the likes of Koscielny, Varane, Evra, Sagna and Managala likely to feature at some point. They have one of the best midfield’s in the tournament. Pogba, Matudi and Konte are some of the toughest and most athletic around. They will break down play and move the ball quickly into France’s potent attack, letting creative players like Payet, Martial and Griezmann do their thing.

We confidently recommend all of the books below. They offer great markets, the most competitive odds and fantastic bonuses and promotions to new and existing players.
