Tuesday December 6th

Group A

Basel (+200) vs. Arsenal (+130) 2.45pm ET

Arsenal look to have lost the battle for group supremacy yet again after allowing Paris St. Germain to equalize late on at the Emirates Stadium last time out. The Gunners should dispatch the Swiss side without too much trouble, however, and are overpriced for the straight win at +130.

Paris St. Germain (-750) vs. Ludogorets (+1800) 2.45pm ET

While Ludogorets have tested a few teams (Arsenal included) at home this season, on the road, they have been hopeless. With PSG still needing a win to confirm top spot in Group A, expect the French champions to go for goals. With that in mind, take the -120 for the hosts to win with a -1 goal handicap.

Group B

Dinamo Kiev (+210) vs. Besiktas (+135) 2.45pm ET

Besiktas know that a win in the Ukraine would guarantee them safe passage into the next phase, as they sit just a point behind Benfica and Napoli with the top two clashing in Portgual at the same time as this game. Expect the Turkish powerhouse to get the win by whatever means necessary at +135.

Benfica (+145) vs. Napoli (+185) 2.45pm ET

An altogether different situation awaits in Portugal’s Stadium of Light as Benfica and Napoli clash with the hosts needing to win to get out of the group. Napoli only need a tie, and we think they’ll get it at the expense of their hosts. It’s +230 and represents the best value.

Group C

Barcelona (-265) vs. Borussia Monchengladbach (+600) 2.45pm ET

Already confirmed as winners of Group C, Barcelona are unlikely to go all out for 15 points in the group stage when they are going through as winners and are six points off the pace in La Liga after drawing with Real Madrid at the weekend. Gladbach should score once and that’s +135.

Manchester City (-290) vs. Celtic (+700) 2.45pm ET

Despite having to settle for second place, Pep Guardiola will be happier than a few weeks ago after seeing his side beat Barcelona 3-1 in a pulsating match in Manchester:

While City won’t be seeking the win with the same intensity against the Scottish champions, they should get it with plenty to spare. Sergio Aguero is a healthily priced +125 to score in a City win given the little Argentine will be due a big suspension in the Premier League after his horror tackle on Brazilian David Luiz.

Group D

Bayern Munich (-160) vs. Atletico Madrid (+450) 2.45pm ET

With the German champions consigned to a surprise second-place finish in Group D, a chance for personal revenge against the Atletico side that have humiliated them awaits. While Munich may win, Atletico are flying through to the knockout phase. Take the home win at -160.

PSV Eindhoven (-150) vs. FC Rostov (+400) 2.45pm ET

While the Dutch side have disappointed, FC Rostov haven’t been the whipping boys many thought they would be. While they can’t get through, back Rostov to win at +400 without pressure and head for the Europa League in fine spirits.

Wednesday December 6th

Group E

Bayer Leverkusen (-120) vs. AS Monaco (+315) 2.45pm ET

Monaco already have the group sewn up, and with PSG no longer the domineering force in Ligue 1 without Zlatan, may rest players. Back the home side to get three points at -120.

Tottenham Hotspur (-195) vs. CSKA Moscow (+525) 2.45pm ET

Spurs’ European ambitions have been as limited as their Premier League play is often expansive. They’ll do well to beat CSKA with a second string, but should have enough. We like the 2-1 score at +650.

Group F

Legia Warsaw (+345) vs. Sporting Lisbon (-135) 2.45pm ET

We can’t quite work out how a team who scored four last time out are such long odds, but back Legia Warsaw at +345 to get the home win.

Real Madrid (-115) vs. Borussia Dortmund (+270)

Borussia Dortmund scored an incredible eight times in their last game, an amazing game that finished 8-4 against Legia Warsaw:

Dortmund only need a tie in Madrid to top the group, but Ronaldo will be fired up and we think the current holders can grab a vital win to leapfrog their opponents. They’re +210 to win with ‘CR7’ getting on the scoresheet.

2.45pm ET

Group G

Club Brugge (+255) vs. FC Copenhagen (+105) 2.45pm ET

Club Brugge have been abysmal in the Champions League this year and there’s nothing to suggest they’ll improve simply because they’re at home. Take Copenhagen at +105.

FC Porto (-300) vs. Leicester City (+850) 2.45pm ET

Porto need a win to be sure of qualification, but Leicester can be a problem for teams in Europe. Back the tie at +395; at that price, it’s a real winner!

Group H

Juventus (-900) vs. Dynamo Zagreb (+2200) 2.45pm ET

This could have goals written all over it, back over 3.5 goals at +115, sit back and enjoy!

Lyon (+150) vs. Sevilla (+185) 2.45pm ET

Lyon are clearly not the team they once were, and Sevilla have the nous to get the victory to try and pressure Juve. It’s good value at +185.
