Dallas Stars vs Calgary Flames NHL Wednesday Betting Lines
Dallas Stars: On a roll with a four-game win streak
Coming into tonight’s game, the Stars have won four straight games overall to improve their record to 7-5-1. They are 4-4-0 on the road, but are in the midst of a three-game road winning streak. The stellar goaltending of Kari Lehtonen has helped the Stars get hot. He has won his last five starts and in them has posted a goals against average of just 1.77 and a .940 save percentage.
Calgary Flames: Terrible team at home this year
Calgary is just 1-3-2 at home and 3-4-3 overall this season. The Flames do have some good things going for them in this series though. Calgary is 5-1-2 in their previous eight games against the Stars and are 3-0-1 against Dallas in the past four games played in Canada. Calgary has continued to switch their lines every couple of games to try and generate some sort of offense, but the Flames continue to struggle.
Despite the recent history in this series favoring the host Flames, the Dallas Stars should have no trouble grabbing another road win on Wednesday night in Canada. We honestly will not be surprised if the Flames pull out a win, but we just don’t see it. The online sportsbook found at Bovada.lv has the Stars at +1.5 (-260) with the line. We will bet 10 percent of our bankroll on Dallas and the +110 Money Line tonight.
